FIXTURE INFORMATION FOR SEAHORSES / BLACKROCK 18/11/17

Games Commencing – 12:30pm

This Saturday, for those that have booked in advance, we are playing away at Blackrock. 
Then going to the Ireland vs Fiji match at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin.

Please note that there will be no coaching at home for P4, P5, P6 and P7 this week. P1, P2, P3 will have home coaching at Shaws Bridge for anyone not going to Dublin.

If you have pre-ordered tickets for the Ireland match, please come to the clubhouse to collect from 8.45am. Tickets are priced at £30 per adult and £20 per child. Please have your payment ready in cash or cheque (payable to Instonians RFC). We will register you and let you know which bus to get on. 

If you have not yet submitted your form and payment for the Xmas Lunch, please bring along on Saturday in a separate envelope to secure your place.

Tea/coffee, bacon and sausage baps and tuck shop will be available in the Clubhouse from 8.45am onwards.

Buses depart Shaws Bridge at 9.30am.
Buses arrive at Blackrock at 12pm.
Blackrock games kick-off at 12.30pm.
Buses depart Blackrock at 3pm.
Buses arrive at Aviva at 4pm.
Ireland vs Fiji match kicks off at 5.30pm.
Buses leave Dublin at 8.15pm.
Buses return to Shaw’s Bridge at 10.30pm.
 

The buses will travel direct from Shaws Bridge to Dublin with no stops and the same on the return leg.

Please ensure your son has a change of warm clothing (hats, jumpers, waterproof jacket, gloves) as the stand we are located in is uncovered. Please bring snacks (no nuts) for consumption during the day and soft drinks if you wish. Hot food will be available at Blackrock and the Aviva.

Please also note that Aviva have a bag policy – see below. All rucksacks should be left on the buses – they will be locked/safe. Ladies should bring only a small handbag.
