On Thursday 13th December two schools who participate in our Community Outreach project played each other in a blitz. Seventy five p4 and 5 pupils from Holy Trinity and Gaelscoil Na Mona took part in the event and served up some fantastic attacking rugby.
All of these players are new to rugby and have only recently been introduced to the game as part of the proactive outreach Instonians RFC undertake in the wider Belfast community. Pupils from both schools have now started to play the game on a long term basis by joining Seahorses.
Thanks to the pupils and staff from both schools. We look forward to further developing our links with you in 2019.
